A perennial classic that never goes out of style! The original East Prussian recipe for hot smoked salmon goes back to the year 1782. What makes this FRIEDRICHS specialty so unique is the hot smoking process, in which the pieces of salmon are quickly exposed to hot smoke evenly from all sides.
