For decades now, Gottfried Friedrichs has been applying an extensive quality management system far exceeding the statutory requirements. This commences with the selection of sources and partnerships with suppliers selected according to very stringent criteria right through to processing within our own Company as well as daily tastings.
Microbiological, chemical and physical examinations are performed by both our internal laboratory and external institutes at all production levels, from the receipt of the raw product through to filleting and processing as well as outgoing final product. Detailed documentation ensures full traceability at all times.
FRIEDRICHS’ consistent quality is also confirmed by numerous independent
